- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've had great experiences at this office and they have been helpful with my sons needs. I like that they offer bilingual services to truly serve the surrounding community and their children. I have seen many complaints about rudeness from the front desk and can only say in my experience that they have been professional and helpful with all questions I have. Do they spend ample time soothing the parents anxieties and impatience?!?!? Probably not but some people expect to be waited on hand and foot in unrealistic situations and allow their emotions of having a sick child to get the better of them. Its a medical office that see's many patients in a day, including squeezing in multiple last minute needs for when our little ones catch bugs or the sniffles! Evelyn who schedules appointments is very nice and friendly... I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the Zebulon area.March 11, 2017by Lisa Whitlock
