- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called to ask about a prescription transfer because rite Aid works with my insurance. The man I spoke to was not friendly. He acted like he was bothered by me asking questions about my prescription transfer. Like it was a hassle to do his job. I still like rite aid and will continue to do business with them. But I feel this is an issue that should be adressed. Friendly customer service shouldn't be an issue, especially seeing as its apart of the job.September 26, 2017by Jensen Warren
